Discovery (Insight) Meeting: During our initial 1.5-hour meeting, we conduct an in-depth review of your goals and financial resources. We ask around 60 questions to get a comprehensive understanding of your financial situation. Prior to the meeting, you will provide us with relevant documents, which we review and analyze.
Financial Plan Development: Over the next 2 to 4 weeks, we analyze the information gathered during the Discovery Meeting and build a tailored financial plan that addresses any gaps and outlines strategies to help you achieve your goals.
Investment Plan Meeting: We invite you back to discuss the financial plan and provide recommendations. During this meeting, we assess your current situation and advise you on whether to stay the course or make adjustments. Our focus is on ensuring your investments align with your objectives and risk tolerance.
Mutual Commitment Meeting: In this final meeting, we present our detailed recommendations and establish the next steps in working together. If we determine that our services are not the best fit for your needs, we offer our second opinion service to help you find suitable financial professionals.
Ongoing Review and Adjustments: We establish pre-scheduled meetings to regularly review your goals, track progress, and make any necessary adjustments to your financial plan. This ensures that your financial strategies continue to align with your evolving needs and objectives.
