LaurenHope Specht is the newest addition to the Plott and French team. She is a people-focused operations professional with over five years of experience in human resources and business operations. Since earning her Bachelor of Science in 2018, she has specialized in building efficient processes, strengthening data practices, and turning insights into meaningful improvements for teams and clients.
Her work is grounded in the belief that well-designed systems should make life easier. LaurenHope excels at streamlining workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and using data to support thoughtful, people-centered decisions that prioritize clarity, organization, and trust. She is passionate about creating supportive, well-structured environments where both colleagues and clients feel confident, informed, and cared for.
Outside of work, LaurenHope enjoys exploring new places and having new experiences. She can often be found reading, cooking, tending to her garden and houseplants, thrifting and antiquing, or exploring along the Blue Ridge Parkway. At home, she is kept happily busy by her three dogs—Reagan, Santiago, and Indigo.
